We only provide exchange or refund if the item is faulty or not as ordered. We do not offer exchange or refund for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the item or had no use for it.
Items purchased on sale and marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for jewellery delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please double check your shipping info.
Claims for faulty items or incorrect item must be reported within 5 days of delivery. To proceed with your claim, please include a brief description of the issue and a picture of the faulty/incorrect items and send it to here. We will fully inspect all the items before a refund or exchange can be issued. No need to return the faulty/incorrect items, we will happily send you a brand new one or we can provide exchange for another item of equal value if we dont have the item you ordered in stock. Otherwise we will issue refund and we will credit your original method of payment including delivery cost if applicable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your refund and you will receive confirmation by email when your refund is completed.

Avoid contact with sharp objects, perfumes, chlorine, hairspray and harsh chemicals.
Avoid direct sunlight or extreme heat as it can tarnish the finish of your jewellery.
