What happens if I don’t receive any order confirmation?

If you have placed an order but have not yet received an order confirmation and invoice email, please check your junk mail or spam folder in your email software.  It can be the case that your email address was entered incorrectly. Or you can reach to us through our Contact Form.

 

What if I receive a faulty item?

 Claims for faulty items or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.  To proceed with your claim, please include a brief description of the issue and a picture of the faulty/incorrect items and send it to us. For more detailed information, please check our page Returns

 

I haven’t yet received my refund.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refunds.  

 

What about Stock Availability?

New styles are placed on the site every month.  Our aim is to bring you the latest designs available to purchase through our online store.  You have to be quick enough because from time to time the items may sell out.

 

How secure and safe it is to place an order online?

All information submitted to our website is secure.  Our online store payment getaway uses SSL technology to ensure that your purchases are 100% secure.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your purchases to another address. So, please finalise your shipping address during checking out and make sure that the address is correct.

 

How will my items arrive?

Your jewellery will arrive individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they safely get to you.  We recommend a jewellery organizer for storage and a pouch for travel.

 

Can I get a discount/coupon code on listed sale items?

We are absolutely sorry that we can’t provide a discount or coupon code on sale items as those items have been reduced already.

 

Product Care

By following these simple tips, your jewelled pieces will keep sparkling for years to come.  Always remove jewellery or hair accessories when washing hands, showering or swimming.  Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.  Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as perfume, hairspray, body lotions or cleansers on or near the jewellery including hair accessory pieces.  The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals and cause metal parts to discolour or tarnish. To clean your jewellery and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth.  Never put them in cleaning solution or water.  MISS D JEWELRY cannot be held liable for such damage, as stated above in the disclaimer.
